Looking for a part-time, seasonal tax preparer for a growing tax office. Minimum 16 hours per week to start, with hours increasing as business grows and you gain experience.

The successful candidate will have:

We are a small tax preparation business, currently assisting our clients with personal tax returns, including sole proprietorships and general partnerships. We have a strong focus on client care and serving the community. Every client deserves our best work, whether they’re a paying client or one of our low-income clients making use of our free services.

If you have no experience, but seem like a good candidate, your first tax season will be a trial run where you get a feel for the business and decide whether or not you’d like to continue with formal training, consisting of online courses and on-the-job guidance.

We offer a flexible schedule with a more relaxed pace than most tax offices. Once a good working relationship is established, work from home options are available.

Wage is negotiable, depending on experience level. For those with no experience at all, an initial training wage of $17 per hour will be offered while you observe and learn.
